NEW PATIENTS

We love meeting new patients. Part of easing your concerns is explaining what you can expect from our practice. When you are new to our office, we put in the effort to provide you with a positive and comforting experience. Once you have been with us for a while, you can continue to expect the highest level of service.

After an orthodontic examination is complete, a treatment estimate is presented to the patient. The patient is given options to pay for the full fee in advance of treatment beginning or to pay a down payment and monthly payments.

FEES: Fees vary according to treatment needed and length of the treatment. For Braces, a comfortable down payment necessary. For INVISALIGN, larger down payments may be required. Balloon payments similar to the down payment are an option after treatment.

Invisalign fees are dependent on the term of the treatment. All cases are different and require a dentist’s exam and a treatment plan from Invisalign to determine the length of treatments.

To facilitate the monthly payment process, we require a credit card to use for debiting the agreed-upon monthly payment on the first of the month. Patients can also bring cash or check to the office.

We are a CareCredit® office. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card. Patients apply online at home or in our office. When approved, CareCredit offers interest-free financing for 6 and 12 months. This is a really great program. It makes orthodontic care available for more patients. Go to www.carecredit.com for more details.

All insurance companies do not have the same reimbursement policies. Usually, the employer is the purchaser of the policy benefiting the employees. It is the purchaser that determines the benefits by purchasing certain levels of benefit. We ask the patient to provide the insurance company form and policy information. We will file the claim for payment towards the full fee.
